Refund Policy

At The CA School, we aim to provide high-quality educational resources and a seamless learning experience. Please read the following refund and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase on our platform.

1. General Policy

All purchases made on The CA School are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The CA School.

If a refund is approved, applicable payment gateway charges and processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Digital Products (Recorded Courses, E-Books, Test Series, Study Materials)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • No refund will be issued once course access has been granted or the course has been viewed.

  • If a student downloads any study material or digital resource, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

  • Any attempt to share course access, login credentials, or distribute course content will immediately terminate refund eligibility and may lead to suspension of access.

3. Marketplace Courses (Other Faculties)

The CA School operates as a marketplace platform where courses and educational products may also be offered by third-party faculties.

  • Refund requests for such products will be reviewed individually.

  • The CA School reserves the right to consult with the respective faculty before approving or rejecting any refund request.

4. Physical Products (Books)

All book sales are final.

  • Refunds are not provided for physical books, including cases where the buyer changes their mind.

  • In case of printing defects or damage during shipping, a replacement copy may be provided at the discretion of The CA School.

5. Fraudulent or Misuse Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Sharing or attempting to distribute course access

  • Downloading or copying protected course materials

  • Any misuse or violation of platform policies

The CA School reserves the right to suspend access without refund in such cases.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.

​

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from purchases on The CA School platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
